What we do!
We offer private flexibility training for athletes! We specialize in helping improve their flexibility and take control of their mobility. Our Sessions take place in person from your home or in our dedicated flexibility classes online. Every student goes through a session where we evaluate flexibility. Afterwards, we try to Improve their flexibility through sessions with our coaches which include both strength and stretching.
Our Approach
Through Stretching and conditioning, we help athletes learn how to stretch properly and help keep them motivated to continue! We take a hands-on approach to flexibility, focusing on stretching, routine, technique, guiding each of our students to stretch in a safe manner. We offer sessions from the comfort of your home or gym!
Who we Help
We are experts in flexibility for various sports. We have coaches that work directly with goalies/goaltenders, hockey players, soccer, tennis, basketball, gymnastics, figure skating and even football. We cater to most sports.
